Those intelligent '3 idiots'!

‘AAL IZZ WELL…’ this is what I have been hearing since past so many days wherever I go. Whenever anybody says ‘Arre yaar, there is a problem’, instead of giving any solution this is what we get in return. Aamir has done the magic again. With ‘3i’ he has added one more significant feather to his cap. There is lot to learn from this movie, there are intense messages and morals conveyed. Humor, dialogues, concept, acting, story all have complemented each other very well. I am not here to admire the film, but I am here just to try my hand to ink down things which I analyzed in the film. I would be trying my best to make you READ what you SAW in ‘3i’…

• Problem with education system and how do we deal with it:Yes definitely there are many faults in our education system. But then didn’t the same system produce scientists, doctors, researchers, engineers, IITians. It did, right? So now just stop blaming the system. When we know that the system is like that why cant we change? We say that in our system we give importance more to what we write in paper than the true intellect, right? But dear even you give importance to the same, don’t you?. I mean even when you know that UNDERSTANDING concepts is more important, we BY-HEART it or more better word ratta it, why ??? Just because you want to score more. Its like you know that its July month but you still don’t carry an umbrella and then you put the weather at fault. Understand, realize, that knowledge is superior to marks. Once you have the former, marks toh jhak marke piche aayenge. At this point I think the parents and teachers should come in. They need to make their kids understand that scoring isn’t important, enhancing your intellect is. But then they are the same people who want their kids to score 100/100. I have seen people scoring out of marks and the same people cant answer whether water floats on oil or oil on water, why ?? Because in the book only says that ice floats on water, there is no mention of oil. A student got less marks in his Physics exam because he was busy repairing his alarm-clock on himself so that he is not late for the exam. And he is successful in fixing it. Parents instead of praising him for his work start scolding him with all the beautiful adjectives, why ? Because he couldn’t recollect the Newton’s 3 laws of motion. I ask what is more important applying physics in your life or writing it in paper ??? I mean today parents JUST WANT engineers and doctors. They just want those ‘degrees’. No matter that the engineer cant repair a single thing, no matter the doctor fails to cure an ordinary flu. No matter… And then we come running blaming the system. Now I don’t know whom should we blame. The students who cram, the parents who allow them to or the teachers who allot them ‘A+’ grade knowing the real secret behind that A+… ??? The answer to this is not known but yes the solution is, REALIZATION. Its just this that we need to wait for… “Run behind excellence, success would run behind you.” – I hope that everyone soon understands the reality behind this wonderful sentence which is running from one mobile to another through sms. Once we comprehend this truth I promise your life to be full of ‘chamatkars’…

• “Sari umar hum mar mar ke jee liye, ek pal toh ab humain jeene do,…. Give me Sum Sunshine…. I WANNA GROW UP ONCE AGAIN”. People have made this their ringtone, caller tune, this is the first song they hear after getting up, before going to sleep. They claim this song to be very close to their life. WHY ??? Why do you need to grow up once again ??? Why aren’t you happy with your life ??? Why are you not satisfied ??? Because this life is not what you dreamt of, its something your parents dreamt. It was their dream which you are ful-filling. We need to stop this. This chain would otherwise go on. My dad wanted to become an engineer, but his dad wanted him to become a doctor. Now he wants me to become an engineer. Tomorrow I ll want my child to become an actor, because that’s what I wanted to be. So where do we stop ???… We stop NOWHERE. But we need to. Even here its not just parents who are wrong but even their kids who silently crush their dreams without realizing that tomorrow they would hurt their own conscience. Life gives everybody only one chance, if someone couldn’t use their chance, that dosent mean you give yours to them. NO. Listen to all but do what you want. We live once, we dream once, now its you to decide wether you want to live somebody else’s dream or do you want to see your OWN dream turning into reality…

• ‘Another boy studying in 12th hangs himself.’‘Girl ends up having an overdose of sleeping pills.’Such news are nowadays becoming so common that now I hardly care what exactly happened and why it happened. Newspaper without this news is like a morning without newspaper, I am so used to this headline. And the people now have got a new ‘bakra’-‘3i’, to blame for someone’s else stupidity. “My kid got inspired by watching the movie. The movie should be banned. The censor board should not have allowed them.”, they talk as if Aamir Khan came out of the screen with a knife and threatened their kid to commit suicide. RUBBISH !!! ‘3i’ infact has so effectively enlightened the downsides of this pathetic sin. I mean what it wanted to deliver was the fact that life is like the snake-ladder game, where the snake would at times bite you and you would fall down but then if you want to reach your destination sincere, dedicated and continuous efforts are needed and one day you would definitely ascend the ladder of success. We need to value this priceless gift. I mean we have been endowed with all the six senses, perfectly functioning brain, a heart without any hole and perfectly paired limbs not to hang our selves its to prove to the world that how significant your birth was and that you are not mere extra pounds on earth. Good things take time to come. Use these six words to alert your six senses that failures are not the end of life, its just the end of the lane which you thought would take you to your destination. Its just an indication that you were on a wrong track and it tells you to search for the right one. Giving up such a unique gift just because you couldn’t fetch that passing certificate with your name written in bold letters makes no sense. Get up, put extra efforts, extra dedication with a determined goal. And I assure you your confidence back. Life didn’t give you what you wanted because it believes that you deserve better things. Life is very beautiful !!! We just need to explore its beauty… And for that we need to LIVE. Think about all those people who are attached to you, who need you, who care for you, who LOVE you… Your mother went through all the pain for 9 long months to give a new life a chance to see this beautiful world. When you took your first breath from that moment you were her world, her first priority. And you took hardly 9 minutes to end all her efforts to see her child flourish. The thing is that we fail to value things until we lose them.

ALL IN ALL, those three intelligent idiots have shown us the way to success, the way to a happy life. They have shown us and we have seen them… Now you decide whether you want to continue watching it in the reel life or do you want to see it happening in your real life…

Precisely I will put down it in a single sentence- ‘Learn things practically so that you enjoy the educating years of your life and be competent enough one day, to show the world what they would have missed had you were not born…’
